We store your data in accordance with the nature of the data and the purpose of processing, as well as the duration of the existing contractual relationship in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

For technical reasons, when you access the website, meta and communication data (e.g., IP address, port, date and time of the request, protocol name and version, path of the target address, device information, etc.) are transmitted to the server by your browser. Some of this data is stored in a log file on the server.

3.    Purpose of data processing

In order to deliver the website to the user's computer, the temporary storage of the IP address by our system is necessary. This storage is carried out for the duration of the user's session. Furthermore, we store the IP address on our delivery servers for a period of 60 days. This is to ensure the smooth operation of our website and protection against potential attacks, such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. By retaining the IP address, we can identify potential threats, respond appropriately, and ensure the security of our online services.

Log files are deleted from the server after the 60-day period.

We use a newsletter system to regularly send information via email to interested parties. The data provided during registration is stored by us until revocation, and deleted after unsubscribing from the newsletter. For subscribing to our newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, an initial confirmation email with information about the consent is sent. In this email, the recipient is asked to confirm the consent again. This ensures that the registration comes from the legitimate owner of the email address. Additionally, we track whether the recipient has received the email and whether any links contained in the email have been clicked. This information is used for statistical analysis and optimization of our newsletter campaigns to better tailor the content to the recipients' interests. No information that can be attributed to individual recipients is collected.

The processing of data after the user subscribes to the newsletter is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Furthermore, the subscription to the newsletter is also based on a contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The collection of the user's email address is for the purpose of delivering the newsletter and is not disclosed to third parties. If additional data is collected during the registration process, it is for the prevention of misuse of the services or the provided email address. 

4.    Data erasure and storage duration

he data you provide to us for newsletter registration is stored as long as you wish to receive the newsletter. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, this data is deleted. If no second confirmation of consent is received through the double opt-in procedure, the data collected during registration will be deleted after a period of 7 days.

5.    Right to object and removal option

You have the option to object to the use of your data for newsletter distribution at any time. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe by using the corresponding unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter email.

When making a payment via Stripe, the payment information you enter is transmitted directly to Stripe. This may involve processing data such as name, email address, payment information, and transaction details.

The processing of your data by Stripe is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or for the performance of pre-contractual measures. 

3.    Purpose of data processing

The processing of your data by Stripe is solely for the purpose of payment processing. This includes verifying your payment information, carrying out the payment transaction, and handling any refunds or disputes.

4.    Data erasure and storage duration

Stripe only stores your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of payment processing. The exact storage period may depend on various factors, including the nature of the transaction and legal retention periods. After the completion of the payment processing, your data will be deleted unless there are legal obligations to retain it.

5.    Right to object and removal option

In general, you can refuse the use of Stripe as a payment service provider by choosing alternative payment methods. If a payment transaction has been made through Stripe, you have the right to request information about your data stored by Stripe at any time, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We use the web analysis tool Plausible, an open-source tool, for statistical evaluation of visitor traffic. No personal data is collected. Plausible uses only anonymized data to provide us with information about the number of visitors, the pages visited, and the devices used. To protect your privacy, processing is done without the use of cookies and on our own server.

We have designed our online offering so that no cookies are set.

The fonts we use are hosted on our own servers. No data is transmitted to third parties.

This privacy policy does not extend to external websites linked from our online offering. The content of the linked pages is the sole responsibility of their providers, and we have no control over whether these pages also adhere to our data protection and security standards. At the time of linking, the external website was checked, and no obviously unlawful content was found. Links will be promptly removed as soon as we become aware of any legal infringements.

Our online services rely on technical cooperation with external service providers.
